Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, RSVPing to an event, or listing an event on Explocity ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who can use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. Organisers must be authorised to represent the entity they list events for.

3. Visitor accounts

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details, location and interests you provide.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Your digital passport, QR codes and RSVP records are for your personal use only.

4. Organiser listings

  • All listings are reviewed before they appear publicly. Approval can be revoked at any time.
  • You must not list events you are not authorised to promote, or provide misleading dates, venues or pricing.
  • You must respond to visitor and exhibitor communications in a reasonable time.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to (a) upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content; (b) attempt to breach the Platform's security or scrape data at scale; (c) impersonate any person or entity; or (d) use the Platform for spam or unsolicited marketing.

6. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (event posters, descriptions, logos). By uploading, you grant Explocity a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to display and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

7. Payments and bookings

Stall bookings, ticket fees or organiser payments (where applicable) are transactions between the visitor / exhibitor and the organiser. Explocity is not a party to these transactions and is not liable for their outcome.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any event will take place as listed. Verify critical details with the organiser before travel or purchase.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without notice.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
